Fixing now
- Ari app — kid login silence bug: FIX SHIPPED (Harry's Lab QA item). Silence at the secret-code step now takes a no-input path — Ari says "I didn't hear you. What's the secret code?" — and never burns the wrong-code retry; 3rd straight silence rests. Built + deployed 2026-10-22 on Ralph's go: bench 6/6, smoke 5/5, rig all pass, live-verified. Now with Harry for re-QA and Ralph for approval (his ear test is final).
Already done today
- Runner pair reported on the bus ahead of Ralph's 9 AM deadline — vic-rookie (records + Jarvis QA) and vic-scout (watch patrols) are built and live. No hounding needed.
- Ari app tile link verified live and sent to Ralphie + Milo: https://ari-fresh.1ralphvalle.workers.dev — the old ari-live link flagged do-not-use (dead build).
- Lab rules locked in: verdicts go straight to Ralph; Ralph's Process (the List is the engine) acknowledged. Vic is in the Lab.
- vic-rookie daily sweeps ran: records hygiene (9 privates, 28 roster, 10 flags) and Jarvis QA (Jarvis 2/5 today — failures filed to Ralphie, per charter).

- Microphone added to this page, then rebuilt on Ralph's word: pending items on top, each with its own record / stop / review / send mic.
- Free class sign-ups moved to signup.salsakings.com — swept my whole workspace and both Ari builds: the retired Kajabi link is nowhere in my copy. DONE posted on the bus.
- Microsoft security notices on the Sherwin Outlook account checked and closed — Ralph confirmed the passkey + two-step changes were his.
- Ro payment item — CLOSED by Ralph's voice reply from this page: the Ro membership is NOT being started; no billing update, no prompts. First item answered through the per-item mic.
- Klarna item — CLOSED by Ralph's voice reply from this page: his words — nothing listed there that he's paying, so the closure reads as no-activity. No alarm, nothing to chase.
- Password call — CLOSED by Ralph's voice reply from this page: keep the three "cookies" doors as-is for now; changes wait until the next stage.
- Facebook item — CLOSED by Ralph's voice reply from this page: Vic does not try to access Facebook at all — not his task. Staying off it.

- Team emails — CLOSED by Ralph's voice reply from this page: everybody handles their own emails (Option B confirmed again). Vic creates none.
